Hot Springs

Josh & I decided to take the kids on a little getaway to Hot Springs this week. We spent two nights and spent our days swimming and relaxing! Fun little vaca. Love making memories!

Big news! Last week, Josh was offered the head coaching spot in Homer, LA. I am SO EXCITED for him!!! Everyday since he left his job in Magnolia to come to LA for us, I've prayed God would open up the right doors to get him to this spot. I really believe he's been blessed for putting his trust in God and for putting his family first. We can't wait to put on our purple and go cheer for the fighting pelicans!!! GO PELS!

10 months old

We are in the double digits. I can't believe our Binky is 10 months old! She weighs over 20 pounds, can stand without support, and is walking behind push toys. Won't be long before she's off and running!!













To celebrate our big girl, we took her on a solo trip to the zoo. She really loved it but got a little frustrated because she wanted to touch every animal. The boat ride was definitely her favorite part.

AEP graduation

She did it! Savannah graduated from the 8th grade and is moving on to high school! We are so blessed she was able to be a part of AE Phillips, even if it was only for a year. She met wonderful kids and teachers, got to do amazing things, and excelled academically. She graduated with a 3.67 GPA! We sure hope she keeps it up through high school! We are so proud of you savannah. You are a really lovely young lady!

I am shocked at how much Reynolds has grown throughout his Pre-K 3 year! He's gone from baby to boy!!

Montessori hike

Today, I joined Reynolds Montessori class for a mile long hike. We had a great time & all the kids completed the mike pretty quickly! We learned a lot about plants and even found a snake! Reynolds said it was "sooooo cute!"

Payton fought us tooth & nail to wear this razorback shirt and get the stadium background for his second grade picture. I really wanted one picture with him dressed up since we have so many athletic pictures every year. Josh talked me into letting him choose what he wanted and I must say, I'm glad he did. Not only do I LOVE this picture, but I want to remember my kids the way they are....not the magazine perfect image I want for the mantle. When I see this picture in 20 years, I'll remember Payton exactly how he is.....all boy!

Mother's Day & Sadie's dedication

On Mother's Day, I woke up with a new baby bump! Hello there sweet baby!!


My Mother's Day feast! Two chocolate donuts, a raisin bran muffin, a piece of strawberry pie, and an iced mocha!!

The highlight of the day was Sadie's dedication at Cross Life Church. We are so proud to raise her to love The Lord. I'm so proud we could do this on Mother's Day!
